Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any service inquiry, vessel assessment, founding-client reservation, or deposit made through it. Navera Marine Group is an owner-operated vessel care and management company based in Boca Raton, Florida.

Submitting an inquiry or reserving a founding-client spot does not by itself create a binding service agreement. All services are subject to a completed vessel assessment and a written service agreement that confirms scope, schedule, and pricing for your vessel.

Founding-client reservations may require a deposit. Deposits secure your priority position in our launch scheduling and are applied toward your first month of service. Deposits are refundable at our discretion if service cannot begin by the timeframe communicated to you, or if we are unable to accommodate your vessel. Cancellation and refund terms for ongoing service are set out in your individual service agreement.

Navera Marine Group is in a limited founding launch and is intentionally accepting a limited number of vessels. Service availability, scheduling, and offerings may change. Currently served areas include Boca Raton, Highland Beach, and Lighthouse Point, Florida.

Pricing depends on vessel size, condition, service frequency, and marina location. Quotations are provided after a vessel assessment and are confirmed in writing before any recurring service begins.

Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty or guarantee of a specific outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Liability for any services performed is governed by the written service agreement for those services and applicable insurance coverage.
